FX Graph is a powerful, reliable, yet simple-to-use, graphing application. It allows for creating various types of graphs in a simple manner, and it's suitable for teachers, mathematicians, and students alike. It is capable of creating the graphs for various types of functions. For example, when it comes to Cartesian functions, you can just type in any expression with an x, and FX Graph will plot the graph for that function. Besides Cartesian functions, FX Graph can also handle inverse functions, implicitly defined functions, polar functions, parametric equations, inequations, integrals, and so on. As you can see, it’s in fact a powerful and comprehensive mathematical tool that supports a lot of functions and also lets you control various options and elements such as constants and animations, axes and grids, slope fields, complex points, vectors, annotations, etc. It can even deal with complex numbers.

What I also like about this handy tool is the fact that it allows for exporting the created graph as a file of a common image format like BMP, PNG, or JPEG; besides there is an option to export it as a vector-based SVG file or OLE object. Furthermore, FX Graph can flawlessly integrate with MS Word or PowerPoint.

Though feature-rich and powerful, FX Graph is also one of the simplest to understand and use graphing tools I've ever encountered. Its interface is straightforward, neat, and intuitive, allowing anyone to use this tool without a problem.

Cutting long story short, FX Graph is a great tool that fits the criteria of what a graphing tool should be able to do. It worked well enough for me to earn my personal recommendation.
